Titan Machinery, Inc is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to lead the Parts Department, drive sales growth, and elevate customer satisfaction. You will manage a team, optimize department metrics, and collaborate with customers and manufacturers to achieve store goals.

In this role, you’ll oversee marketing, merchandising, and daily operations, while fostering strong relationships with customers and suppliers. A passion for sales success and professional service is essential for growth and career

Formación

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications

Required:
