You will assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team, while ensuring safe, compliant store operations. Ideal candidates have automotive retail experience, ASE Certification, and strong leadership and bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Candidates should demonstrate leadership and integrity in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is required/preferred.
• Automotive retail experience with ASE Certification is preferred.
• Strong customer service, sales, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff to meet sales targets.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage returns/merchandising.
• Deliver WOW! Customer Service and maintain effective communication with customers and team.
• Support commercial/hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Enforce safety, PPE use, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
