Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are required.
• Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, and oversee cash handling.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to support deliveries and customer needs.
• Exceed sales targets through effective merchandising and service.
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage; enforce risk management practices.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly in line with policies.
