AutoZone’s Store Management team seeks a Parts Sales Manager who will drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service. You will partner with the Store Manager to supervise staff, optimize inventory, and ensure safe, compliant operations while fostering career growth in automotive retail.

The role requires leadership, strong communication in English and Spanish, ASE certification, and flexibility to work varied hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities in a retail team setting.
• Strong communication with customers and staff in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
