Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in a dynamic retail environment. You will assist the Store Manager to supervise and develop a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure WOW! customer service while keeping store operations efficient.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication in English and Spanish, and prior automotive retail experience. ASE certification is a plus, with a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus for customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• ASE certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and safe, compliant store operations.
• Coordinate with commercial and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Handle cash operations and shrink control while maintaining merchandising
