Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to support the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high‑performing team, driving parts sales, and ensuring WOW! customer service. You will manage inventory, execute merchandising, and uphold safety standards as you lead with initiative in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

You’ll collaborate with store and commercial teams to meet goals, while growing leadership skills and advancing within AutoZone’s retailer network.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE certification or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish and English abilities.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Lead parts sales & inventory management to exceed sales targets.
• Maintain WOW! customer service and professional communication with customers and staff.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
