Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will lead by example, supervise and train staff, monitor inventory and storefront presentation, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet daily goals and service commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a retail setting with coaching and development responsibilities.
• Bilingual communication in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong focus on meeting sales targets and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and ensure timely returns/merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
