AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive store performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

Under Store Manager supervision, you will supervise, train, and develop staff, oversee inventory and sales targets, and ensure smooth operations. This role emphasizes leadership, bilingual communication, and protection of safety standards in a busy automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity, decision-making, and team leadership.
• Flexible schedule: availability mornings, nights, weekends, overtime as needed.
• Bilingual communication: strong English and Spanish communication skills.
• Automotive retail experience: prior work in automotive retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees, ensuring smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure efficiency.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and service.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and handle returns/merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE, promote risk management, uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues swiftly while upholding policies.
