Qualifications

• Leadership abilities in a retail automotive setting.
• Experience in automotive retail and sales-driven environments.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Drive sales performance and exceed targets through effective merchandising.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee cash handling and shrink control.
• Ensure WOW! Customer Service and safety compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to support timely deliveries and client needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
