Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing employees to maintain a motivated team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Uphold PPE use, safety standards, and risk management.
• Resolve customer issues and store operational problems promptly.
