Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, build a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service on the sales floor and in service areas.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will supervise, train, and develop staff, monitor inventory and performance metrics, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards while optimizing merchandising and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible full-time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail environments is preferred.
• ASE Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team under the Store Manager.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured procedures for inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to support timely deliveries.
• Drive sales targets through effective merchandising and service.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage to maintain a safe workplace.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and hub department needs.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
