Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising, training and developing teams.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE Certification mandatory or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with store staff and departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory and merchandising.
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE use, uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while upholding company policies.
