As a Parts Sales Manager, you will focus on sales, inventory control, and merchandising, with an emphasis on safety and compliance. You will supervise and develop staff, maintain effective communication, and collaborate with commercial departments to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and decision-making.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail environments.
• ASE Certification recognized.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, returns processing, and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards, promoting risk management.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to meet deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues in line with company policies.
