Job summary

Under Store Manager guidance, MITs and store staff will develop, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and ensure compliance with safety standards. The role prioritizes leadership, communication in English and Spanish, flexible scheduling, and career growth in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail is required.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team under the Store Manager.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing staff to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and shrink control to ensure operational excellence.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery and customer needs.
• Maintain safety standards and enforce PPE and risk management practices.
