AutoZone, Inc. in Kentucky seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll oversee parts sales, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations at our Lancaster store. The role requires leadership integrity, a flexible schedule, and strong communication in English and Spanish. Automotive retail experience and ASE certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Leadership: demonstrates integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexibility: willing to work mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual communication: ability to communicate in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Lead sales and inventory management to exceed targets and ensure timely returns.
• Maintain WOW! customer service and smooth store operations.
• Uphold PPE, safety standards, and risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
