Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and operational issues quickly.
