You will support the Store Manager in supervising staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safe, compliant store operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires leadership, strong communication in both Spanish and English, and prior automotive retail experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required for customer interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail or parts sales is a plus.
