Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a high-performing store team under the Store Manager.
Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor sales targets, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety standards.
Follow structured store procedures and manage cash handling to minimize shrink.
Collaborate with commercial department leaders to meet customer needs.
Oversee parts sales, inventory management, returns processing and merchandising.
Enforce PPE and safety practices to uphold company standards.
Support in managing commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns promptly following policies.
