Job summary

You will support the Store Manager by coaching staff, driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring safe operations. The role requires leadership, bilingual communication, and ASE certification when applicable, with opportunities for career growth within AutoZone.

Qualifications

• Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, decision-making and strong leadership abilities.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish is required.
• ASE Certification or equivalent automotive service credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory and manage merchandising.
• Enforce safety practices and PPE use, uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
