AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high‑performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment.

Under the Store Manager's guidance, MITs help train staff and maintain operational excellence while supporting career growth. You'll lead inventory and returns, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with commercial and hub leaders to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership: integrity and strong leadership abilities.
• Flexible schedule: mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• Automotive retail experience preferred.
• ASE Certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Collaborate with store staff and commercial department leaders to ensure seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory.
