AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high‑performing team while delivering WOW! customer service. Under guidance of Store Manager, MITs will demonstrate initiative, manage operations, and support career growth in automotive retail.

You’ll oversee inventory, merchandising and order flow, while maintaining safety and compliance. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and delivering results daily.

Formación

• Demonstrates leadership abilities and integrity.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, train and develop high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communications with customers and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and manage inventory, including timely returns and merchandising.
• Uphold safety standards and risk management practices.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly while upholding policies.
