Responsibilities include leading sales initiatives, inventory control, safety compliance, and collaboration with commercial departments to meet delivery timelines and customer needs.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated leadership skills in a retail or service environment.
• Strong communication abilities in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in automotive retail or parts sales is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets and optimize stock.
• Enforce safety, PPE, and company safety standards across the store.
• Support commercial and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues with swift, policy-driven actions.
