Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team leads store performance and develops a high-performing team to provide WOW! customer service. The Parts Sales Manager will drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a dynamic automotive retail environment.

You’ll work under the Store Manager to mentor employees, monitor goals, and maintain operational excellence while delivering timely, accurate service to customers and commercial accounts.

• Flexible schedule: Flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication: Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts sales & inventory management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial account support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
