AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager you will play a key role in driving sales and leading a high-performing team.

You’ll support the Store Manager, mentor associates, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding safety standards and a WOW! customer experience across our automotive retail stores.

Qualifications

• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work mornings, nights, weekends with overtime.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; automotive retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Drive sales targets, manage inventory, and oversee returns and merchandising.
