AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will support the Store Manager with training, inventory management, and delivering WOW!

customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. This role requires leadership, strong communication in English (and Spanish), and prior automotive retail experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in automotive retail and helping drive sales targets.
• Bilingual communication skills in Spanish and English preferred.
• ASE Certification and automotive industry knowledge required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Assist Store Manager with training, development, and supervising a high-performing team.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Support commercial hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer service excellence.
