Job summary

AutoZone’s Store Management team drives store performance and exceptional customer service. As a Parts Sales Manager you’ll lead a high-performing team, supervise operations, and ensure WOW! Customer Service while meeting sales goals.

You’ll work with store staff and commercial leaders to optimize inventory, returns, and merchandising, while maintaining safety standards and process discipline. This full-time role requires flexible scheduling, Spanish/English communication, and ASE certification

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• ASE Certification preferred for automotive service exchange.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff to ensure WOW! service.
• Monitor store metrics, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow structured procedures for cash handling, shrink control, and safety.
• Collaborate with commercial department leaders for seamless operations.
• Drive parts sales and optimize inventory levels and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and manage risk.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, upholding company policies.
