You will collaborate with commercial and hub departments, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role requires flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Flexible full-time schedule including weekends.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and training high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead parts sales initiatives and inventory optimization.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues in line with policy.
