AutoZone’s Store Management team seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You will partner with store leadership to deliver WOW!

Formación

• Demonstrates leadership, integrity and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing high-performing employees.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels and merchandising.
• Monitor safety, PPE usage and compliance with company policies.
• Provide exceptional WOW! customer service and effective communication with customers and team.
• Support commercial/hub departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
