customer service while executing store operations with excellence. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will supervise and develop staff, maintain clear communication, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure exceptional WOW! Customer Service and smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and merchandising to meet targets.
• Uphold safety, PPE usage, and company policies while managing cash handling and shrink.
