As a Parts Sales Manager, you will lead by example, supervise and train a high-performing staff, and support the Store Manager in daily operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This full-time role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication skills (Spanish and English), and previous automotive retail experience with ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience in automotive retail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage inventory, and deliver WOW customer service.
• ASE Certification preferred for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop high-performing store staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Drive sales targets, monitor inventory accuracy, and optimize merchandising.
• Ensure safety compliance, PPE use, and loss prevention practices.
• Coordinate with commercial/hub departments to support timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding company policies.
