Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Able to work a full-time flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication.
• Background in automotive retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training and developing staff.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling and shrink control.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure customer service excellence.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management, including returns and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards and support risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts to meet deliveries and needs.
• Resolve customer issues swiftly while upholding company policies.
