Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise training, manage inventory and cash handling, and collaborate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and strong store performance. This full‑time role requires flexible hours, strives for excellence in customer experience, and values ASE certification where available.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and sound decision‑making.
• Flexible full‑time schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual communication in Spanish and English preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and staff.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with store staff and department leaders to maintain operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly.
