Under the Store Manager, you will supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring efficient store operations and strong customer experiences. Ideal candidates bring automotive retail experience, ASE certification, and strong leadership with excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with coaching and development of teams.
• Proven communication skills with customers and staff.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail environment is required.
• Certifications: ASE is preferred/required.
