AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional WOW! customer service experience in an automotive retail setting.

You will assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff while maintaining inventory control and safe store operations. The role requires strong leadership, bilingual communication skills (Spanish/English), and prior automotive retail experience.

Formación

• Leadership demonstrated in supervising and developing teams.
• Bilingual communications in Spanish and English for customers and staff.
• Experience in automotive retail and customer service.
• ASE Certification is preferred for technical credibility.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and drive showroom performance.
• Assist Store Manager in staff training and development.
• Ensure WOW! customer service and safe, compliant store operations.
• Collaborate with commercial and hub departments to support deliveries.
