Job summary

AutoZone’s Fontana store seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team while delivering WOW! Customer Service. You will guide daily store operations and model exceptional customer interactions in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff, monitor inventory and safety, and support commercial accounts to meet goals while advancing your leadership career in automotive retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail preferred.
• ASE certification required.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing staff.
• Drive sales targets and monitor performance.
• Maintain PPE and safety standards and ensure compliance.
• Manage inventory, returns processing, and merchandising.
