Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service in a fast-paced store environment. Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you’ll supervise, train, and develop staff while ensuring operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with commercial department leaders, manage inventory and merchandising, and uphold safety standards as you grow your automotive retail career with a nationwide leader.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for customer and team interactions.
• Experience in automotive retail sales and service environments.
• ASE Certification or equivalent automotive credentials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing staff to drive engagement and performance.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, cash handling, shrink control, and safety compliance.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory, and manage merchandising and returns.
