Job summary

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is hiring a Parts Sales Counter Associate for our Casper Mack location. You will be the first contact for customers needing parts, identify needs, provide recommendations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts.

You will work with a friendly team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining knowledge of inventory and product features while delivering exceptional customer service.

TranSource Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, along with being the Servicing Dealer for multiple other product lines that support the On Highway, Construction and Agriculture Industry. Due to growth, we are currently looking to hire a Parts Sales Counter Associate for our Casper Mack location.

Position Overview:

As a Parts Sales Counter Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing parts and supplies. You’ll work directly with customers to identify their needs, provide product recommendations, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts. Your role will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and supplies.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Process parts orders, both in person and over the phone, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of parts inventory, product features, and availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to parts and products.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining an organized parts area.
• Process payments, provide receipts, and complete sales transactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous experience in parts sales, automotive, or industrial parts preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or machinery parts is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales/order management systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry parts or equipment when necessary.
