Job summary

Stevens Creek BMW, part of the Sonic Automotive family, is seeking a Parts Runner in San Jose to ensure timely delivery and pickup of automotive parts across departments and with external vendors. You’ll support service teams by maintaining inventory flow and accurate labeling, while delivering parts safely in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and strong communication to provide excellent customer service to vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts between dealership departments, vendors, and customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper labeling in parts storage areas.
• Support technicians and service advisors by delivering parts quickly and efficiently.
• Load and unload parts deliveries safely, following dealership procedures.
• Assist with returns, core processing, and warranty parts as directed.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with vendors and clients.
