Stevens Creek BMW, part of Sonic Automotive, is seeking an entry-level Parts Runner in Santa Clara, CA. You will deliver and organize auto parts across departments, assist technicians, and ensure smooth parts flow within a busy dealership.

The role requires a valid driver's license, legal work authorization in the U.S., and pre-employment screening, with a pay scale ranging from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Full-time schedule, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Pre-employment requirements include background check, MVR review, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver automotive parts between departments, vendors, and customers.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and labeling in parts storage areas.
• Support technicians and service advisors by delivering requested parts quickly.
• Load and unload parts deliveries safely, following dealership procedures.
• Assist with returns, core processing, and warranty parts as directed.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service when interacting with vendors and clients.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
