Cash Construction, a MasTec division, seeks a maintenance and fleet specialist to manage company vehicles and heavy equipment in Texas operations. This role involves daily inspections, logkeeping, and basic repairs to support field technicians.

You will also maintain the yard, assist with fueling and preventative maintenance, and ensure safety standards. A valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift heavy items, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for issued company vehicles.
• Daily inspections of tires, lights, fluids and onboard equipment; keep vehicle in safe condition.
• Maintain daily locations log and submit DOT driver logs if applicable.
• Track POs and invoices for deliveries; submit daily.
• Maintain equipment yard and shop areas.
• Wash equipment and assist technicians with repairs to heavy construction equipment and trucks.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Responsible for issued company vehicles.
• Daily inspections of vehicle's tires, lights, fluids and onboard company equipment and tooling. The vehicle is to be always kept in a clean and safe operating condition.
• Maintaining daily log of all the locations visited. All DOT driver's logs are to be maintained and turned in if the driver operates a commercial rated vehicle.
• Responsible for keeping track of all POs and Invoices, for his/her deliveries; to be turned in daily.
• Maintaining equipment yard and shop areas.
• Wash equipment and assist technicians with repairs to various types of heavy construction equipment and trucks.

Qualifications

• Safely drive and operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate driver's license prior to employment.
