Job summary

Cash Construction Corp in Texas seeks a driver/maintenance technician to perform daily vehicle inspections, manage DOT logs when operating commercial vehicles, and maintain the equipment yard and shop areas. The role also covers tracking POs/invoices and assisting technicians with repairs.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, experience fueling equipment, and the ability to safely operate heavy construction equipment and trucks plus effective communication skills.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and grow.
• Experience fueling equipment and performing preventative maintenance on heavy construction equipment and trucks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to safely drive and operate company vehicles and equipment.
• Must possess or obtain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect issued company vehicles daily for tires, lights, fluids and onboard equipment.
• Keep daily logs of locations visited and DOT logs if operating a commercial vehicle.
• Track POs and invoices for deliveries and submit daily.
• Maintain equipment yard and shop areas.
• Wash equipment and assist technicians with repairs to heavy construction equipment and trucks.
