Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC is seeking a Parts Room Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the parts room, manage a $2M+ inventory, and ensure accurate records. The role includes coaching staff, coordinating with Purchasing, and delivering to satellite locations while maintaining safety protocols.

You will lead by example, ensure timely data entry, and uphold quality control across shifts, including weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ Inventory Control or relevant experience.
• Three (3) years’ leadership experience including knowledge of timekeeping requirements and policy adherence.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of parts personnel to ensure smooth flow of parts in/out of the parts room inventory.
• Oversee parts inventory exceeding $2M; review and requisition stock as needed.
• Receive and enter incoming merchandise into inventory records; document issued merchandise.
• Verify shift records and deliver merchandise to satellite locations as needed.
• Partner with Purchasing Clerk to ensure purchase orders are complete and correct.
• Mentor and train employees; administer performance plans and disciplinary actions.
• Follow safety initiatives and wear required PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
