Attindas Hygiene Partners is seeking a Parts Room Coordinator at our Delaware, Ohio facility. The role manages daily Parts Room operations, including part identification, inventory accuracy, and tool checkout accountability, ensuring timely access for maintenance and production teams.

Qualifications include prior Parts Room experience, manufacturing facility exposure, HS diploma or GED, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a Parts Room.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing facility preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good computer skills where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company policies, procedures, and safety rules.
• Follows accident notification procedures.
• Knows where to find policies and procedures.
• Maintains document filing system within the parts department.
• Locates parts manually or via computer system.
• Checks on-hand quantity manually or via computer system.
• Checks whether a part is on order using PeopleSoft.
• Assigns correct account numbers on part issues.
• Performs monthly Parts Room inventory.
• Manages Tool Checkout Log for tools leaving the Parts Room.
• Maintains unreturned tool database and issues reminders.
• Packages outgoing parcels as required.
