Job summary

Koch Foods in Morton, Mississippi is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator to manage parts inventory and support maintenance operations.

You will maintain stock levels, generate work orders, use CMMS for reports, and ensure accurate delivery documentation. The role requires strong procurement experience, computer skills, and familiarity with CMMS software. This position offers hands-on work in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper inventory levels in the parts stock room.
• Prepare work orders for the techs and have parts ready with the work order.
• Use CMMS program to generate inventory and cost reports.
• Receive and maintain BoLs with delivery drivers.
• Ensure packaging slips have proper signatures and verify delivery counts.
• Return parts to manufacturers when necessary.
• Keep a clean and organized storage area.
• All other relevant tasks to the job.
