The Parts Courier / Clerk role supports maintenance operations by procuring, receiving, stocking, and distributing repair parts in a manufacturing environment. You will ensure timely delivery, accurate CMMS entries, and maintain organized inventory across the parts room and tool crib.
Additional duties include vendor pickups, cafeteria supply transport, mail handling, and driving company vehicles as needed to support day-to-day operations. Forklift operation may be required.
The Parts Courier / Clerk is responsible for the procurement, receiving, stocking, distribution, and tracking of repair parts and materials to support maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment. This position supports maintenance technicians by ensuring timely and accurate delivery and issuance of parts, maintaining organized inventory, and recording all inventory activity within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
In addition, this role provides facility-wide logistical support including vendor pickups, cafeteria supply transport, and mail handling to support efficient day-to-day operations.
