Position Summary

Farmer Focus has an opportunity for a Parts Room Attendant. This role involves organizing parts, tools, maintaining inventory, and supporting operations by ensuring timely supply of parts to maintenance and other personnel. The attendant will also be responsible for ordering, reordering, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the parts room.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable inventory of parts and supplies for maintenance and operations.
• Receive delivered parts, organize, and replenish stock as needed.
• Create work orders for parts.
• Conduct daily inventory of tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
• Utilize inventory systems such as Canopy System.
• Perform additional job-related tasks as needed.
• Keep accurate records of inventory and incoming orders daily.
• Issue parts, tools, and equipment to authorized personnel and maintain accountability records.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, twist, kneel, climb, push, pull, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of parts experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
