AutoNation is seeking a Parts Retail Sales Associate to assist technicians and retail guests with parts selection, pricing, and information. You will stock, price, and organize inventory, answer calls, and promote sales through engaging merchandising.

Formación

• Three (3) years or more as an automotive Parts professional.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for customers promptly.
• Accurately price parts using proper pricing source and document in systems.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in correct locations and maintain a clean department.
• Provide customers with needed information and upsell opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote sales.
