AutoNation in Carlsbad, CA seeks a Parts Retail Associate to help customers select automotive parts and provide an exceptional buying experience. You will greet technicians and guests, price items accurately, and ensure data is correctly entered in the system.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, delivering outstanding customer service, and keeping the parts department clean and organized. A HS diploma and 1 year of parts/sales experience are expected.

The Parts Retail Associate position has the opportunity to interact with hundreds of customers to assist them in purchasing automotive parts.
