MTI Distributing, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to serve as the primary contact for customer parts inquiries, orders, and product support.

You will help customers maximize uptime by providing accurate part identification, pricing, availability, and timely order fulfillment, while collaborating with service technicians, sales, purchasing, and technical service teams. • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service, parts sales, inside sales, or equipment support preferred.
• Knowledge of turf, irrigation, agricultural, construction, or related equipment is a plus.
• Experience with parts lookup systems, ERP software, inventory management, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform parts lookups using manufacturer catalogs and internal systems.

• Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate order status, lead times, backorders, and alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with Service, Sales, Purchasing, and Technical Service teams to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain product knowledge of equipment, parts, and manufacturer updates.
• Support inventory accuracy, order tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Parts Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for customer parts inquiries, orders, and product support. This role helps customers maximize equipment uptime by providing accurate parts identification, pricing, availability, and order fulfillment while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position works closely with customers, Service Technicians, Sales Representatives, Purchasing, and Technical Service teams to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
