Job summary

Northside Auto in Greer, SC is hiring an Assistant Parts & Recon Manager to keep our vehicle reconditioning operations efficient. The role focuses on ordering the right parts, verifying numbers and pricing, and ensuring timely availability for technicians.

Beyond parts, you will assist the Recon Manager and coordinate with vendors, dealers, and customers, wearing multiple hats in a growing, family-owned shop.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to identify parts and avoid guessing; attention to vendor details.

Responsibilities

• Order accurately identified automotive parts and verify part numbers.
• Track orders from placement to delivery and ensure usable condition.
• Organize parts by vehicle and repair order in a designated area.
• Support Recon Manager and coordinate with outside vendors and dealerships.
• Communicate professionally with customers and vendors by phone or in person.
